While our education system needs infrastructural revamping, it’s equally vital to enhance human infrastructure. Recent sessions with SMC school teachers on NEP 2020 revealed the need for substantial change. To make India a Global Knowledge Superpower, we must reimagine Indian education. Leading a dynamic session with 4000+ Surat Municipal Teachers was humbling. We’re supporting teachers in embracing innovation driven by the National Education Policy, helping them realize their multifaceted roles. It’s been an enriching and fulfilling experience, thanks to the teamwork at Fountainhead School.
