After a distinguished 13-year tenure in various roles at Fountainhead School, Suparna transitioned to Oberoi International School in Mumbai, a renowned IB institution, where she excelled as the "Facilitator of Collaboration" for a year. In this role, she focused on enhancing the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and fostering collaborative practices among teachers and students. Additionally, Suparna is an IBEN workshop leader, further showcasing her expertise and commitment to the IB educational framework. Now, as the Academic Manager for Outreach Programs, Suparna oversees all aspects of our Outreach initiatives, including academic and curriculum development, training, and research. Her extensive experience and passion for education drive the success of our programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence.

Hi, I’m Subhalaxmi Iyer

Outreach Coordinator
Inspired by Aristotle's belief that “Those who know, do. Those that understand, teach,” Subhalaxmi has been an influential educator for over two decades. Since joining Fountainhead School in 2013, she has served in various leadership roles, including Team Leader for English, French, Psychology and the Humanities, as Assistant DP Coordinator, Extended Essay Coordinator, and Discipline Coordinator. She has worked across curricula in varying capacities in Gujarat and the UAE, and therefore understands the enthusiasm for and challenges of being a teacher and leader. She is an IB Examiner and Programme Leader for IB Evaluation. Her greatest passion lies in interacting with teenagers, valuing their contributions and fresh ideas. Her dedication to teaching and learning now extends beyond her classroom through the Outreach program at Fountainhead School, where she fosters educational growth and collaboration among schools across India. She holds a Master's degree in English Literature from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from M.S. University, Vadodara. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Literature.

Alongside her current responsibilities at Fountainhead, she leads as the Process Coordinator for the Outreach Program. This initiative by Fountainhead School is dedicated to offering clients essential resources and guidance, including leadership training sessions and curriculum support, to foster academic success and holistic development among students. In her role as Process Coordinator, Swati oversees the coordination of resources, scheduling, and support services, ensuring the program operates seamlessly and successfully.

Shridhar works as an intern for the Outreach team. He has a strong background in finance, market research, and sales operations. He holds a BBA with a specialization in Finance from Christ University, Bangalore. Shridhar has excelled in roles at 1Lattice and Vedantu, delivering high client satisfaction and improving sales efficiency. At Protego, he contributes as a Researcher and Data Analyst, conducting in-depth research on the CBSE curriculum, analyzing educational trends, and curating content for educational videos. His analytical abilities, effective communication, and dedication to excellence make him a valuable asset to our team.
